  • Year 5 Faith Challenges

    Last week, some wonderful work was completed at home by Year 5 pupils using the faith challenges on the school website. One of the children wrote an acrostic poem based on the Christian Value of respect, another child made a fish based on the 'Amazing Catch of Fish' story from the Bible, and a 'Friendship Flower' was made.
  • Year 2 Whitefriars & Charterhouse Trip!

    This week Year 2 visited Whitefriars, which Queen Elizabeth I stayed at for two days and spoke out of the window to the passing public.

    We then visited Charterhouse which Robert Dudley, (Elizabeth's childhood sweetheart) bought and renovated for Elizabeth's courtiers to stay at when Queen Elizabeth I visited Kenilworth Castle.

     

  • Year 6 Creating Isolation Shelters!

    This week, year 6 have been working hard on making their COVID-19 isolation shelters as part of their WW2 Andersen Shelter topic. They researched, planned, designed, and made their shelters using a variety of materials. 
  • Year 1 Pudsey Activities!

    Year 1 have had lots of fun doing Pudsey Bear themed activities to celebrate Children in Need. They put the spots on Pudsey’s bandana, coloured him in, made playdough creations, Pudsey ears and they even made Pudsey biscuits!
  • Year 6 Civilian War Memorial Visit

    On Remembrance Day Year 6 visited the Civilian War Memorial in Coventry Cemetery on London Road. As part of Remembrance Day, the children placed their Remembrance Rocks on the Memorial, read poems and said prayers.

  • Remembrance Rocks!

    Year 6 painted and varnished rocks this week, ready for their trip to the civilian war memorial in London Road Cemetery. The children have been busy this week learning about remembrance day, why it's important, and how it links in with their WW2 topic. These 'remembrance rocks' will symbolise All Saints Primary School's appreciation for all those who died in wars past.
  • Children in Need

    The children will be sent home with Pudsey Order Forms today. If you would like to support Children in Need please complete the slip and return to your child's class teacher along with your donation.

    There is a non-uniform day for pupils with class activities arranged on Friday 13th November to raise awareness for Children in Need.

  • Odd Socks Day!

    All you need to do is wear odd socks to school! It's a great way to celebrate what makes us all unique in Anti-Bullying Week! It will be held on Monday 16th November 2020, the first day of Anti-Bullying Week.

  • Year 1 Making Pumpkin Soup!

    Last week Year 1 read the book ‘Pumpkin Soup’ and made some soup of their own! They loved making it, but not everybody liked the taste! Year 1 all showed our Christian value of courage and tasted the soup even if they hadn’t tried it before. Year 1 have been doing lots of activities about pumpkins this week and had lots of fun!
