MCAS Parent App

My Child at School (MCAS) is an online portal for parents/carers. To sign up you will need an invitation email, and you must use the email address provided to school to activate your account.

We are gradually moving all our services onto the MCAS app and encourage all parents/ carers that have not yet done so to sign up so they can gain access to their child's information.  


Currently parents/carers can use MCAS for the following:

  • dinner money payments
  • trip and club payments
  • parent’s evening appointments
  • booking holiday clubs
  • change contact details*
  • view parental consents*
  • view child’s attendance
  • view term dates

(*We will no longer send out paper copies of data collection sheets or consent sheets.)


We intend to add the following services to MCAS:

  • pupil reports
  • messaging (text, email, app)
